The registration is checked by the Service Provider's staff and approved or rejected; the Customer is notified of approval by e-mail. By registering, the Customer declares that they have read and accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
2.2. The Service Provider is not liable for delivery delays or other problems arising from data provided incorrectly and/or inaccurately by the Customer. The Service Provider is not liable for damage arising from the Customer forgetting their password or it becoming accessible to unauthorised persons for reasons not attributable to the Service Provider. Previously recorded data can be modified in the account settings after logging in.
3. Placing an order
3.1. The essential characteristics and technical parameters of the products are described on each product page and in the downloadable documents. If you have any questions before purchasing, our customer service (section 1.7) is at your disposal.
3.2. The displayed prices are net prices, the reference currency is EUR; the system provides the display in HUF at the National Bank of Hungary (MNB) mid-rate. The purchase price does not include the cost of delivery or the possible fee of the chosen payment method, unless the checkout summary indicates otherwise.
3.3. The Service Provider reserves the right to change prices, with the change taking effect upon publication on the Website. Such a change does not affect the price of orders already confirmed.
3.4. If, despite all due care by the Service Provider, an incorrect price (e.g. an obviously erroneous "0" or "1" price) appears on the Website, the Service Provider is not obliged to deliver the product at the incorrect price, but may offer fulfilment at the correct price, in the knowledge of which the Customer may withdraw from the purchase. Product images are in some cases illustrations.
3.5. Products can be added to the cart with the "Add to cart" button. The cart contents can be viewed and modified (quantity, "Remove") by clicking the cart icon in the header. After "Proceed to checkout", the Customer must log in, then provide the billing and shipping address, select the payment method, and finally finalise the order with the "Place order" button, which creates a payment obligation.
4. Correction of data entry errors
4.1. Until the order is submitted, the Customer can correct data entry errors at any stage of the order (e.g. removing an item from the cart with the "Remove" button, changing the quantity, editing the address).
5. Binding offer, confirmation of orders
5.1. The Service Provider confirms receipt of the Customer's order without delay, in an automatic confirmation e-mail containing the order identifier, date, the ordered items, quantity, unit price, the shipping cost and the total amount payable. This e-mail is of an informative nature.
5.2. If the Customer does not receive a confirmation e-mail after submitting the order, they are released from the binding offer.
5.3. The Customer must report any error noticed in the data of the confirmation to the Service Provider within 1 day.
5.4. For custom items (e.g. palletised, requiring installation) the shipping fee cannot be calculated in advance; in such cases the Service Provider sends an individual quote, and the order is processed after acceptance of the quote.
5.5. The order qualifies as a contract concluded electronically, governed by Act V of 2013 (Civil Code) and the Act on electronic commerce.
6. Delivery and payment terms
6.1. The Service Provider delivers the ordered goods using a courier service (e.g. GLS), or for larger systems by pallet freight (e.g. Englmyer) or on-site installation. The shipping fee is calculated automatically at checkout based on the weight of the order and the delivery address; the Service Provider reserves the right to modify the fee, which does not affect orders already confirmed.
6.2. The payment methods are listed at checkout; typically: bank transfer (in advance, based on the invoice), cash on delivery to the courier, and cash/card upon personal pickup. Any fee of the chosen method is included in the total. Approved partners may also order against the credit balance assigned to their account.
6.3. The Service Provider issues the invoice electronically, in accordance with the NAV Online Invoice data reporting; the invoice is available in the customer account and by e-mail.
6.4. If the Service Provider introduces online card payment in the future, its provider and terms will be indicated separately at checkout and in the Privacy Policy.
7. Right of withdrawal
This webshop sells to businesses (B2B). The 14-day right of withdrawal without justification under Government Decree 45/2014 (II.26.) on the detailed rules of contracts between consumers and businesses applies only to a natural-person consumer acting outside the scope of their trade, profession or business. A business (non-consumer) Customer is not entitled to this right of withdrawal.
If the Customer qualifies as a consumer, they may exercise their right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving the product, by an unambiguous statement sent to the Service Provider. The consumer is not entitled to withdraw for a non-prefabricated product made according to their instructions or at their express request, or clearly tailored to them (e.g. custom-configured, serial-numbered or installed systems). In case of withdrawal, the Service Provider refunds the consideration paid by the consumer after the product is returned (or return is evidenced); the cost of returning the product is borne by the consumer, and the Service Provider cannot accept a parcel returned as cash on delivery.
8. Warranty and guarantee
8.1. Warranty for defects (implied warranty). In case of defective performance by the Service Provider, the Customer may enforce a warranty claim under the rules of the Civil Code. A consumer may enforce their claim within a 2-year limitation period from receipt, a non-consumer Customer within 1 year. The Customer may – at their choice – request repair or replacement, or, failing that, a proportionate reduction of the price, or may withdraw (there is no withdrawal for an insignificant defect).
8.2. Product warranty. In case of a product defect, the consumer may – at their choice – enforce a warranty for defects or a product warranty; the two cannot be enforced in parallel. A product warranty claim may be exercised within 2 years of the product being placed on the market by the manufacturer.
8.3. Guarantee. Certain durable consumer goods are subject to the mandatory guarantee under Government Decree 151/2003 (IX.22.), as well as the voluntary guarantee indicated by the Service Provider on the product page. Guarantee claims can be reported to customer service; the costs of fulfilling the guarantee are borne by the Service Provider.
9. Complaint handling and enforcement
9.1. The Customer may submit a complaint via the messaging tool available in their account, by phone (+36 1 9000 300) or by e-mail (info@anteus.hu). The Service Provider examines and substantively answers a written complaint within 30 days of receipt, and retains the documents of the complaint for 5 years.
9.2. In a consumer dispute, the Customer may turn to the consumer protection authority or the conciliation board competent for their place of residence. The board competent for the Service Provider's registered office:
Budapest Conciliation Board (Budapesti Békéltető Testület)
1016 Budapest, Krisztina krt. 99. 3rd floor 310.
Mailing address: 1253 Budapest, Pf.: 10.
E-mail: bekelteto.testulet@bkik.hu
Phone: 06 (1) 488 21 31
The Customer may also enforce a claim arising from a consumer dispute through court proceedings, in accordance with the Civil Code and the Code of Civil Procedure.
10. Copyright
The Website and its entire content (graphics, texts, layout, software solutions) are protected by copyright, held by the Service Provider or the user authorised by it. Use of the content beyond private use (storage, transfer, publication, commercial exploitation) is possible only with the prior written consent of the Service Provider.
11. Liability
The information on the Website has been published in good faith and serves an informative purpose. The Customer uses the Website at their own risk. The Service Provider assumes no liability for the content of links pointing to other providers' pages. Due to the global nature of the internet, the Customer is obliged to act taking into account the applicable national legislation as well.
12. Data processing

13. Miscellaneous provisions
